Refund policy

Return Policy

  • Return requests must be placed within 2 days of receiving the order.

  • Please ensure the original packaging, along with all tags, is intact.

  • In case of missing items, an unboxing video is required to validate the return request.

Refunds on Discounted Orders

If an order was placed using a discount coupon or promotional offer (e.g., 20% off on purchasing multiple products) and the customer returns part of the order, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

If the returned items result in the order no longer meeting the promotion criteria, the discount benefit will be recalculated and deducted from the refund amount.

Example:

If 4 products were purchased with a 20% discount, and 2 products are returned:

  • The discount applicable to the returned items will not be refunded.

  • The refund amount will be adjusted based on the revised order value after recalculating the offer eligibility.
